The Novato Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with guest speaker Casey Lucius. Lucius is a member of the Pacific Grove City Council, a mother, veteran, tenured professor and volunteer. As a professor of national security, Lucius is especially worried that America’s power and influence in the world is in decline. She is running for the 39th Congressional District that includes the Central Coast.
