The Novato Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with guest speaker Russ Colombo, President and CEO of Bank of Marin, and Chair of SMART Train Citizen Oversight Committee. Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit (“SMART”) is the passenger rail and bicycle-pedestrian pathway project designed for Marin and Sonoma Counties.
