The Novato Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with guest speaker Sally C. Pipes, CEO and Director of the Pacific Research Institute. Her topic, “The Truth About Obamacare and How to Dismantle It,” articulates a fundamentally different approach to the burdensome, flawed legislation.  Ms. Pipes will give an update on what is happening with health care delivery and what reforms Republicans can offer to voters in this election year.
