The Novato Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon with guest speaker Senator Jim Brulte (Ret.) Chairman of the California Republican Party. He was elected to the state Senate and Assembly from the Inland Empire area for a combined tenure of 14 years, and became Minority Leader in both the California State Senate and Assembly.  Senator Brulte will address the results of the November presidential election, the California ballot measures that have passed and how it all affects the California GOP.
