The Honorable Janice Rogers Brown is a former Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and a former Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court. The Honorable Daniel Kolkey has served as an associate justice on the California Court of Appeal, and as Counsel to the Governor of California. He is a retired partner in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
